Mental Health Awareness
What is mental health and why is it so important? This course will enable individuals to gain a clearer understanding of mental health and ill health. It will help delegates develop an understanding of stress and early warning signs of emotional distress, providing effective tools and techniques to maintain well-being.

Understanding Anxiety
This training is aimed at anyone who would like to understand how anxiety issues develop, how it affects mental and physical health, and ways of managing anxiety more effectively and positively.
Anger Management
This training will enable delegates to understand what is anger, our own personal stress and coping, identify your own and others temper triggers and develop strategies to help individuals gain control of their temper.

Confidence and Assertiveness
This training is designed to help individuals who want to be more confident, learn skills to help communicate effectively in the workplace, socially, with family and friends. It is useful for individuals who would like to make changes to their lives, improve self- confidence and self- awareness and take steps on the road to success.
